Does it need a database or build tools?
No. Upload the supplied static files to your host. Production licence activation needs network access.
Does it award online Points or prizes?
No. Stars and best scores are local to the browser.
What do the two licences cover?
Both cover one production hostname. The Regular licence covers one finished end product. Full source adds editable-source, white-label and paid/SaaS use on the same hostname. Neither permits source redistribution or unlimited installations.
