Regular

For one end product, for you or one client. End users must not pay to access the end product. A business website, a free game with adverts or a calculator on your website fits here.

Includes source, free updates and 6 months of support.

Extended

For one end product whose end users may pay: a paid game, subscription app or SaaS. Includes the same source, updates and support as Regular.

One licence covers one end product.

Platform License

A one-time licence for one installation on your own server and domain. You may rebrand the installation for your business. Source is supplied for running and maintaining that installation.

Exclusive source

For platforms: complete source with an exclusive transfer of rights under a separate written agreement. The platform is removed from future sale after the transfer. Existing customer licences remain valid. The agreement defines the scope, handover and support.

A few shared rules.

Regular, Extended and non-exclusive platform licences do not allow reselling, redistributing or sublicensing the source as a competing product.
Keep third-party licence notices included with the code. Their licences continue to apply to those components.
