How fast will I receive my code?
Most cards are delivered instantly: the code appears on your order page and in your inbox seconds after payment. A few high-value cards are checked by our team first, which takes up to 15 minutes.
Which region should I choose?
Choose the region of the account where you will redeem the card. A card for the United States only works on US accounts. The product page shows each region with its currency.
Can I get a refund?
Codes that have not been revealed can be refunded to your wallet within 14 days. Once a code has been revealed or redeemed it can no longer be refunded, because it may have been used.
Do you charge extra fees?
The price you see includes a small service fee and is final — no surprises at checkout. Paying with your wallet balance has no extra card fee.
