Hivemind HQ is a premium dashboard template for products that coordinate a team of AI agents — or a remote team of people. It opens on an overview with KPI cards, a throughput chart, the approvals waiting for you, team workload and a live activity feed, and every view works straight away with realistic sample data.

Inside are seven views in one fast single-page app: an agents grid with gradient avatars, live status, workload and a detail drawer; a four-column kanban board with smooth drag & drop for mouse and touch plus a full keyboard alternative; channels and direct-message chat with @mentions, a typing indicator and simulated replies; an approvals queue for publishing, emails, deploys, spending and data access with risk levels; a filterable activity timeline; and a settings page with validation, dark / light / system theme, accent colours and compact density.

It is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no build step and no external requests. All content lives in one data file, colours are a few CSS variables, and the documentation shows exactly where to plug in your own API for tasks, approvals and chat.

Does it include a backend or connect to real agents?

No. It is a front-end template with realistic sample data and simulated chat replies. The documentation shows where to connect your own API for tasks, approvals and chat.

Can I use it for a client project?

Yes. The Licence covers one end product, for yourself or for one client. Full source covers unlimited end products for you and your clients, including white-label and SaaS use. Neither option allows reselling the template itself.

Do I need npm or a framework?

No. It is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no dependencies or build step. You can port the markup to React, Vue or any framework.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. Every view is responsive down to 390 px, the sidebar becomes an off-canvas menu and cards can be dragged with a short press on touch screens.

Does it load anything from other servers?

No. Fonts and icons are bundled and there are no CDNs, trackers or third-party calls.
