Do I need a developer to set it up?
No. Paste one snippet into your site (or ask your web person to — it takes two minutes). Page views and clicks are tracked automatically; you can name key events visually afterwards.
What counts as an event?
Any single action you track: a page view, a button click, a signup. Automatic page views count; replays and identify calls are free.
Is my data private and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Choose EU or US hosting, run in cookieless mode, and mask personal data automatically. We sign a DPA on every paid plan.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing breaks. We keep collecting data and let you know. If you stay over for two months in a row, we’ll suggest the right plan — never auto-charge.
Can I cancel any time?
Of course. Downgrade or cancel from settings in one click. Yearly plans are refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days.
